Andrea Cole ACA

Director

Andrea qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 2000 and spent 17 years there gaining significant audit, advisory, regulatory and transaction experience, primarily in the financial services sector. She has worked with global brands such as HSBC, Citigroup and Lloyds and has significant exposure at senior board level, gaining international experience in the Far East and Central and South America, notably spending two years in Mexico as regional director responsible for HSBC Latin America. On her return to the UK Andrea was COO for KPMG Financial Sector Audit and Advisory practice.

Andrea has experience across a range of industry sectors and varying sizes of business, whether start-ups, owner managed businesses or global companies. She has successfully advised businesses in the enhancement of their financial reporting and internal control processes and has held senior roles in Finance, HR and Compliance. She has also led teams advising on budgeting, forecasting and tax structuring.

When not working Andrea is renovating her house and enjoys spending time in Devon and Cornwall with her family and dog.

Archna Tharani ACA

Consultant

Archna qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. She was Head of Finance at RVC, manager of the Reuters Greenhouse Venture Capital Fund, for six years. She has provided financial consultancy to a number of business including start-ups and performed outsourced CFO roles. She has experience in a range on Industry sectors and has advised a number of business in organising their finances and internal processes. Archna has a reputation for professionalism and building strong client relationships.

Outside of work she acts as a personal assistant to her 2 young children and enjoys a busy family life. She enjoys doing Pilates and walking and loves getting to know new technologies and gadgets.
